These 5-ingredient beef enchiladas are a quick and easy meal that the whole family will love. With flavorful ground beef, salsa, enchilada sauce, tortillas, and gooey cheese, these enchiladas are sure to be a hit at your dinner table.

Ingredients

Ground Beef:

1 pound lean ground beef

Salsa:

1 cup chunky salsa

Red Enchilada Sauce:

1 (10-ounce) can red enchilada sauce

Tortillas:

8 (8-inch) tortillas

Cheese:

1 (8-ounce) package Borden® Cheese Thick Cut Shredded Four Cheese Mexican (about 2 cups)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the Oven: Preheat the oven to 350°F and lightly spray a 9×13-inch baking dish with nonstick cooking spray.
  2. Brown the Beef: In a large skillet, brown the ground beef over medium-high heat. Drain the excess fat, return the meat to the skillet over medium-low heat, stir in salsa, and heat through. Remove from heat.
  3. Prepare the Dish: Pour half of the enchilada sauce into the baking dish.
  4. Fill and Roll: Warm tortillas, add meat mixture and cheese down the center of each, roll tightly, and place seam side down in the dish. Pour remaining sauce over and sprinkle with remaining cheese.
  5. Bake: Cover the dish with foil and bake for 30-35 minutes.
