These Asian Meatballs are a perfect blend of sweet and savory flavors, cooked to perfection in a crockpot. They make a great appetizer or main dish for any occasion.

Meatballs:

  • 1 20 oz Bag frozen meatballs (or homemade)

Sauce:

  • 1/2 cup Hoisin sauce
  • 2 tbsp Soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp Honey
  • 1/2 tbsp Rice vinegar
  • 1 tsp Garlic powder
  • 1 tbsp Brown sugar

Garnish:

  • Green onions (diced)
  • Sesame seeds

Instructions

  1. Place the meatballs in your crockpot.
  2. In a bowl, mix together the hoisin sauce, soy sauce, honey, rice vinegar, garlic powder, and brown sugar. Pour this sauce over the meatballs.

  3. Toss the meatballs to ensure they’re fully coated with the sauce.
  4. Cover and cook on high for 1-2 hours or on low for 2-4 hours, stirring occasionally to evenly distribute the sauce.
  5. Once the meatballs are cooked, sprinkle them with diced green onions and sesame seeds before serving.
