Ladyfingers:

Cream Mixture:

  • 5.1 oz instant banana pudding
  • 16 oz cream cheese, room temperature
  • 16 oz milk (for dairy-free option, use a thicker milk like Ripple)
  • 1 banana, sliced
  • 4 tbsp caramel sauce

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese until smooth.
  2. Add the banana pudding mix and milk, and continue mixing until smooth.

  3. Line a 10×7 baking dish (at least 2″ deep) with ladyfingers.
  4. Pour half of the cream mixture over the ladyfingers and spread evenly.

    Drizzle half of the caramel sauce over the layer.

  5. Repeat with another layer of ladyfingers and the remaining cream mixture.
  6. Chill in the fridge for about 6 hours to set.

  7. Before serving, top with the remaining caramel sauce and fresh banana slices.
