Frozen Mixed Berries:

  • 1 cup raspberries
  • 1 cup blueberries
  • 1 cup blackberries

Frozen Strawberries:

  • 1 cup

Yogurt:

  • 1 cup

Maple Syrup:

  • 1 tablespoon

Vanilla Extract:

  • 1 teaspoon

Orange Juice:

  • 1 and ½ cups

Instructions

  1. Add all of the ingredients to a blender. Combine frozen berries, strawberries, yogurt, maple syrup, vanilla extract, and orange juice.
  2. Tip – Thaw the frozen berries for 10 minutes for easy blending. This helps in smoother blending.
  3. Close the lid and blend until well combined. Blend until a smooth consistency is achieved.
  4. Add more juice if the smoothie is too thick for your liking. Adjust the consistency as desired.
  5. Pour into serving glasses. Garnish with mint leaves, edible flowers, halved strawberries, and a few blueberries. Enjoy!
