For the Blueberry Compote:
- 1/2 cup blueberries
- 2 tbsp honey or maple syrup
- 1 tsp lemon juice
- 1 tsp cornstarch (optional)
For the Yogurt Mixture:
- 1 cup Greek yogurt
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- Prepare the Blueberry Compote: In a small saucepan, combine blueberries, honey, and lemon juice over medium heat. Simmer for 5 minutes until blueberries soften.
