  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1 ⅓ cup all-purpose flour
  • 3 Tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt

For Rolling:

  • 1/3 cup powdered sugar, plus more if needed

Instructions

  1. Melt Chocolate and Butter: In a small saucepan, melt the butter and chopped chocolate over medium heat. Remove from heat and let cool.
  2. Combine Wet Ingredients: In a small bowl, whisk eggs, sugars, and vanilla. Mix in the cooled chocolate mixture.
