Graham Crackers:

  • 12 graham crackers (broken in half)

Peanut Butter Mixture:

  • 1 1/2 cups creamy peanut butter
  • 1/2 cup butter (1 stick)
  • 2 1/2 cups powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

Chocolate Coating:

  • 3 1/2 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 4 tbsp vegetable oil (divided)
  • 1 cup peanut butter chips

Instructions

  1. Prepare Graham Crackers: Break graham crackers in half and place them on a lined baking sheet.
  2. Mix Peanut Butter Mixture: Combine peanut butter, butter, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.
  3. Form Peanut Butter Balls: Roll mixture into 1-inch balls and place one on each graham cracker.
  4. Flatten Balls: Flatten peanut butter balls onto each graham cracker.
  5. Melt Chocolate: Microwave chocolate chips and 3 tbsp oil until smooth.
  6. Coat Graham Crackers: Dip each cracker in chocolate and place back on the baking sheet.
  7. Prepare Peanut Butter Drizzle: Melt peanut butter chips and 1 tbsp oil, then drizzle over chocolate-coated crackers.
  8. Set and Enjoy: Chill in the fridge to set the chocolate before serving.
