Graham Crackers:
- 12 graham crackers (broken in half)
Peanut Butter Mixture:
- 1 1/2 cups creamy peanut butter
- 1/2 cup butter (1 stick)
- 2 1/2 cups powdered sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
Chocolate Coating:
- 3 1/2 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 4 tbsp vegetable oil (divided)
- 1 cup peanut butter chips
- Prepare Graham Crackers: Break graham crackers in half and place them on a lined baking sheet.
