Filling:

  • ¼ cup unsalted butter, melted (56g)
  • ½ cup packed light brown sugar (110g)
  • 1½ tablespoons ground cinnamon

Glaze:

  • 1 cup powdered sugar (120g)
  • 2 tablespoons milk
  • 1 tablespoon unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. For the Dough: In a small bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, and salt. In a large mixing bowl, beat the butter and granulated sugar until fluffy. Add eggs and vanilla. Mix in the flour until incorporated. Roll out the dough.
