Delicious and easy to make Cinnamon Roll Overnight Oats that are perfect for a quick and healthy breakfast option.

Ingredients

Scale

Rolled Oats:

  • 1/2 cup rolled oats (regular or gluten free)

Vanilla Greek Yogurt:

  • 3 tbsp vanilla Greek yogurt

Milk:

  • 1/2 cup milk of choice

Cinnamon:

  • 1/21 tsp cinnamon

Chia Seeds:

  • 1 tsp chia seeds

Brown Sugar:

  • 23 tsp brown sugar (or maple syrup)

Sea Salt:

  • pinch of sea salt (optional)

Instructions

  1. Combine all ingredients: Combine all ingredients listed above in a jar or container that can be sealed and stir well.
  2. Store overnight: Store in the fridge overnight.
  3. Add more milk: Add more milk in the morning if needed.
  4. Cinnamon Drizzle: If desired, whisk together 1 T maple syrup and 1/4 tsp cinnamon for a cinnamon drizzle. Drizzle over top of oats. For an icing drizzle, whisk 3 tablespoons powdered sugar, 1 tsp melted butter, a drop of vanilla and milk (add 1 tsp at a time) until desired thickness and drizzle over top.
  5. Serve: Eat warm or cold.

Notes

  • You can customize the sweetness by adjusting the amount of brown sugar or maple syrup used.
  • Feel free to add nuts or fresh fruits as toppings for extra flavor and texture.
