Creamy Spinach Filling:

  • 8 Oz. Cream Cheese
  • 8 oz. Monterey Jack Cheese, Shredded
  • 1/4 tsp. Garlic Powder
  • 1/4 Yellow Onion, Diced Small
  • 110 oz. Package of Frozen Spinach, Thawed and Drained Really Well

Roll Ups:

  • 1 Box of Puff Pastry Sheets (2 Sheets)
  • 1 Egg
  • 1 Tbsp. Water

Instructions

  1. Prepare Egg Wash: Combine the Egg and Water, beat until well mixed.
  2. Make Filling: In a bowl, mix Softened Cream Cheese, Monterey Jack Cheese, Garlic Powder, and Onion. Add Spinach and stir.
  3. Assemble Roll Ups: Unroll Puff Pastry Sheets, brush with Egg Wash. Spread Cream Cheese and Spinach Mixture over one side. Roll up and slice.
  4. Bake: Place rolls on a Baking Sheet, bake at 400°F for 20 minutes or until golden brown.
