Creamy Spinach Filling:
- 8 Oz. Cream Cheese
- 8 oz. Monterey Jack Cheese, Shredded
- 1/4 tsp. Garlic Powder
- 1/4 Yellow Onion, Diced Small
- 1 – 10 oz. Package of Frozen Spinach, Thawed and Drained Really Well
Roll Ups:
- 1 Box of Puff Pastry Sheets (2 Sheets)
- 1 Egg
- 1 Tbsp. Water
- Prepare Egg Wash: Combine the Egg and Water, beat until well mixed.
- Make Filling: In a bowl, mix Softened Cream Cheese, Monterey Jack Cheese, Garlic Powder, and Onion. Add Spinach and stir.
- Assemble Roll Ups: Unroll Puff Pastry Sheets, brush with Egg Wash. Spread Cream Cheese and Spinach Mixture over one side. Roll up and slice.
- Bake: Place rolls on a Baking Sheet, bake at 400°F for 20 minutes or until golden brown.
