Crockpot Swedish Meatballs Recipe

For the Meatballs:
- 26 oz bag of frozen meatballs
For the Sauce:
- 10 oz can cream of mushroom soup
- 2 cups beef broth
- 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tbsp Steak Sauce
- 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp pepper
- 1 tsp parsley flakes
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1 tbsp minced garlic
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 12 oz bag egg noodles
- Add one bag of frozen meatballs to a crockpot. Next, add cream of mushroom soup, beef broth, Worcestershire sauce, Steak sauce, and Dijon mustard. Season with salt, pepper, parsley, onion powder, and minced garlic. Add chopped onion and stir well.
- Cook on low for 4-6 hours. Boil egg noodles separately according to package directions.
- After 4-6 hours, add sour cream and cooked egg noodles to the crockpot. Stir well and top with dried parsley. Enjoy!
