- 1 cup pitted dates
- 1 cup nuts (almonds and walnuts)
- 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon powder (or pumpkin spice)
- ⅛ teaspoon sea salt (optional)
- Prepare the Dates: Add the pitted dates and vanilla extract to the food processor jar and blend until the mixture becomes soft and forms a ball. If the dates are dry, add a couple of tablespoons of water to ease the blending process.
