Instructions

  1. Preheat and Prepare: Preheat your oven to 400°F (204°C). Lightly grease a small casserole dish, mini cast-iron skillet, or sheet pan to prevent sticking.
  2. Bake the Feta: Place the 6 oz block of feta in the prepared dish and drizzle with olive oil evenly over the top. Bake in the preheated oven for about 20 minutes until the feta softens, becomes melty, and the edges turn golden brown.
  3. Add Toppings: After baking, either leave the feta in the baking dish or carefully transfer it to a serving plate using a spatula.
