Crab Filling:

  • 2 12 oz packages imitation crab
  • 8 oz cream cheese (softened)
  • 2 large celery stalks (finely diced)
  • 1/2 zest of lemon
  • 1 Tbsp lemon juice (fresh)
  • 1/2 tsp seasoned salt
  • 2 tsp dill (or 1 dried dill)
  • 2 green onions (finely chopped)
  • 23 Tbsp mayonnaise

Additional:

  • 1 baguette (24″–26″ long)

Instructions

  1. Cut and Hollow Baguette: Cut the baguette into 6″ lengths and hollow out the center of each piece, leaving a ½” wall around the interior. Set aside.
  2. Prepare Crab Filling: In a bowl, mix imitation crab, cream cheese, celery, lemon zest, lemon juice, seasoned salt, dill, and green onion. Add mayonnaise as needed to bind.
  3. Fill Baguette: Pack the crab filling into the center of each baguette piece.
  4. Chill and Serve: Wrap the baguette portions in plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 2 hours. Slice into ½” pieces before serving.
