- 3 Tbsp agave (or other sticky sweetener)

- 1 tsp tapioca flour

Peanut Butter Cookie Dough
- 1/3 cup peanut butter
- 3 Tbsp honey (or other sticky sweetener)
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup plant-based protein powder (i.e. soy and rice)
- 1/4 cup oat flour (or almond flour )
- 1 tsp tapioca flour
- 1/8 tsp salt
- pinch of cinnamon – optional
- 1 Tbsp – 4 Tbsps water
- 1/3 cup peanuts, chopped
Oatmeal Raisin Cookie Dough
- 1/3 cup almond butter
- 3 Tbsp agave (or other sticky sweetener)
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup plant-based protein powder (i.e. soy and rice)
- 1/4 cup rolled oats
- 2 Tbsp oat flour (or almond flour )
- 1/8 tsp salt
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1 Tbsp – 4 Tbsps water
- 1/3 cup raisins
- In a medium-sized bowl, mix together the nut butter, sticky sweetener, and vanilla extract. Add the protein powder, oat (or almond) flour, tapioca flour, salt, and cinnamon. Stir to combine; the dough will be slightly crumbly.
