Lemon Vinaigrette:

  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tbsp fresh lemon juice
  • 1 tsp honey or maple syrup
  • 1 tsp Dijon mustard
  • ½ tsp garlic powder
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ¼ tsp black pepper

Instructions

  1. Prepare the salad base
