  • 1 (5.9-ounce) box instant chocolate pudding
  • 2 ½ cups whole milk
  • 2 ½ cups Cool Whip, defrosted and divided

For the Marshmallow Filling:

  • 5 ounces cream cheese, at room temperature
  • 7 ounces marshmallow creme
  • Pinch of salt

Additional:

  • 12 graham crackers, broken in half and divided

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Chocolate Layer: Line a 9×13-inch baking dish with parchment paper, leaving extra parchment hanging over the edges.
  2. In a medium bowl, whisk together the pudding mix, milk, and 1/2 cup Cool Whip until smooth. Lay half of the graham crackers evenly in the bottom of the dish. Spread the pudding mix over the crackers and chill.

  3. Make the Marshmallow Filling: In a medium bowl, beat the cream cheese and marshmallow creme until smooth. Fold in the remaining Cool Whip and a pinch of salt.
  4. Assemble the Layers: Spread the marshmallow mixture over the chocolate layer. Top with the remaining graham crackers. Cover with foil and freeze for 6 hours.
  5. Serve: Remove the frozen dessert from the dish using the parchment overhang. Cut into squares along the graham cracker lines. Store in the freezer and let soften slightly before enjoying.
