  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 pound chicken tenderloins or breasts (cut into bite-size pieces)
  • 1 ½ teaspoons paprika
  • 1 ½ teaspoons poultry seasoning
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper

For the Potatoes:

  • 1 pound baby potatoes (halved)
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 ½ teaspoons paprika
  • 1 ½ teaspoons poultry seasoning
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper

Additional Ingredients:

  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 2 cloves garlic (minced)
  • ½ cup garlic parmesan wing sauce
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven and prepare the baking sheet: Preheat the oven to 400°F and set out a baking sheet.
  2. Prepare the Chicken: Trim any fat off the chicken and cut into bite-size pieces. Place in a bowl, add 1 tablespoon of olive oil.
  3. Prepare the Potatoes: Cut potatoes and coat with olive oil in a separate bowl.
  4. Seasoning: Mix paprika, poultry seasoning, and pepper in a small bowl. Season chicken and potatoes evenly with the mixture.
  5. Roast Potatoes: Spread the seasoned potatoes on the baking sheet and roast for 20 minutes.
  6. Cook Chicken: Cook seasoned chicken in a skillet until browned and fully cooked.
  7. Combine: Add butter and garlic to the skillet, then mix in the roasted potatoes. Add garlic parmesan sauce and toss to combine.
  8. Add Cheese: Sprinkle mozzarella over the chicken and potatoes, cover with a lid to melt for about 5 minutes.
