Ingredients

Scale

For the Chicken Skewers:

  • 2 lbs chicken tenders, thighs, or breast
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 teaspoons paprika
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper

For the Garlic Parmesan Butter Sauce:

  • 1 stick butter
  • 810 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 cup parmesan, grated
  • 1 tbsp hot sauce (more if desired)
  • 2 teaspoons red pepper flakes
  • 1/3 cup fresh parsley, minced

Instructions

  1. Prep and Skewer Chicken: Before starting, soak wooden skewers in water for at least 30 minutes. Cut chicken into 3″ pieces and coat with olive oil and spices. Skewer tightly with no space in between.
  2. Make the Garlic Parmesan Butter Sauce: Combine butter, garlic, red pepper flakes, hot sauce, parsley, and parmesan. Baste par-cooked chicken with 1/3 of the sauce.
  3. Cook The Chicken: Air-fry skewers at 400°F for 5 minutes, flip, baste, and cook an additional 2 minutes. Cook until internal temp reaches 165°F, about 12-14 minutes in total.

Notes

  • For extra flavor, sprinkle with additional parmesan before serving.
  • Adjust the hot sauce quantity based on your heat preference.
  • Ensure proper hygiene when handling the garlic butter sauce to prevent cross-contamination.
