For the Mac & Cheese:
- 1 box GOODLES Thrilled Cheese
- ⅓ cup milk
- 1 tbsp butter
- ½ cup shredded cheddar cheese
For the Sandwich:
- 4 pieces Texas toast
- 2 tbsp butter
- ½ cup shredded mozzarella
- Boil the GOODLES Noodles: Boil the GOODLES noodles according to package instructions.
- Prepare the Mac & Cheese: Strain the noodles and add the butter, cheese packet, milk, and shredded cheddar cheese. Stir well until creamy.
- Assemble the Sandwiches: Divide the mac & cheese evenly between two sandwiches and add some shredded mozzarella to each.
- Grill the Sandwiches: Spread butter on both sides of the bread, and fry until both sides are golden brown.
