Olive Oil:
- Set the oven to 400 degrees. Preheat the oven.

- Bake Sweet Potatoes: Bake for 30 minutes.
- Cook Ground Turkey: Brown the ground turkey in a pan. Sauté with 1 tbsp olive oil, 1 tsp garlic powder, 1/2 tsp rosemary, salt, and pepper.
- Chop Zucchini: Cut zucchini into slices and quarter them.
- Combine Ingredients: Remove sweet potatoes from the oven. Add cooked ground turkey and chopped zucchini. Combine.
- Bake Mixture: Bake for 10 minutes.
- Final Touches: Remove from the oven. Add 2 tbsp olive oil, combine evenly, and top with shredded parmesan cheese.
