  2. Mix Dough: Add the plain unsweetened Greek yogurt to the dry ingredients and mix until a sticky dough forms.
  3. Divide and Shape Dough: Lightly flour your work surface, then divide the dough into 10 equal pieces. Roll each piece into a ball.
  4. Fill Bagel Bites: Flatten each dough ball and place 1 teaspoon of cream cheese in the center.
  5. Seal and Reshape: Carefully fold the dough around the cream cheese to seal it inside, then reshape into smooth balls.
