Flatbread:

  • 1 flatbread (15oz)

Toppings:

  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1012 tbsp ricotta cheese
  • 5 basil leaves, chopped
  • 10 uncured pepperoni
  • 1/2 cup arugula
  • 2 tbsp minced garlic
  • hot honey

Instructions

  1. Preheat Oven: Start by preheating the oven to 425 degrees.
  2. Prepare Flatbread: Brush minced garlic on the flatbread to cover. Place it in the oven on the middle rack for 3 minutes.
  3. Layer Toppings: Remove the flatbread and transfer it to a sheetpan. Top it with shredded mozzarella, dollops of ricotta, and pepperoni. Return to the oven for 12 minutes.
  4. Finish & Serve: Once done, garnish with fresh basil, a generous drizzle of hot honey, and arugula. Slice and enjoy!
