  • 2 cups fresh cranberries

  • 1 cup sugar

  • 4 packets of maple & brown sugar instant oatmeal
  • 4 cinnamon graham crackers
  • 1 cup pecans, chopped
  • ½ cup butter

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Pan: Spray an 8×8 pan with cooking spray.
  2. Prepare the Filling: Chop apples with skin on and mix with cranberries in the pan. Toss with lemon juice and sugar.
  3. Prepare the Topping: Crush graham crackers, chop pecans, and combine with instant oatmeal in a bowl. Melt butter and mix with dry ingredients.
