  • 1/4 teaspoon dried thyme
  • Kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste
  • 2 tablespoons freshly squeezed lime juice
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh cilantro leaves
  • 1/2 cup shaved Parmesan

  1. Heat olive oil: In a large cast iron skillet over medium-high heat, add garlic and cook, stirring frequently, until fragrant, about 1 minute.
