  • ¼ cup fresh lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Berry Sauces:

  • 6 oz. fresh raspberries (about 1 1/4 cup)
  • 6 oz. fresh blueberries
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • 2 tablespoons water
  • 1 lemon
  • 1 teaspoon corn starch

Instructions

  1. Graham Cracker Crust: Crush the graham crackers and mix with sugar and melted butter. Press into a pie pan and freeze.
  2. Cheesecake Filling: Beat cream cheese until smooth, add condensed milk, lemon juice, and vanilla. Pour into crust.
  3. Berry Sauces: Simmer raspberries and blueberries separately with sugar, water, lemon, and cornstarch until thickened. Cool, strain, and pipe over the cheesecake in a pattern.
