1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Berry Sauces:
6 oz. fresh raspberries (about 1 1/4 cup)
6 oz. fresh blueberries
2 tablespoons sugar
2 tablespoons water
1 lemon
1 teaspoon corn starch
Instructions
Graham Cracker Crust: Crush the graham crackers and mix with sugar and melted butter. Press into a pie pan and freeze.
Cheesecake Filling: Beat cream cheese until smooth, add condensed milk, lemon juice, and vanilla. Pour into crust.
Berry Sauces: Simmer raspberries and blueberries separately with sugar, water, lemon, and cornstarch until thickened. Cool, strain, and pipe over the cheesecake in a pattern.
