  • 1/2 cup shortening
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter
  • 2 large eggs
  • 2 1/4 cups flour
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons baking soda
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 1 cup sugar (for rolling)

Instructions

  1. Peanut Butter Filling – Using a medium bowl and a whisk or a hand beater, mix the peanut butter and powdered sugar until combined and smooth like dough.
