Wonton Wrappers:
Ricotta Filling:
- 15 ounces ricotta cheese (drained of excess liquid overnight if possible)
- 1/3 cup plain Greek yogurt (low fat or whole can also be used)
- 1 teaspoon orange zest
- 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/4 cup powdered sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/4 teaspoon almond extract (optional)
