Dry Ingredients:
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 scoop protein powder (your choice of flavor)
- 1 tablespoon baking powder
- 1 tablespoon sugar (optional)
- Pinch of salt
Wet Ingredients:
- 1 cup milk (dairy or non-dairy)
- 1 large egg
- 2 tablespoons melted butter or coconut oil
