Raspberry Filling

  • 6 cups fresh raspberries
  • ¼ cup granulated sugar
  • 1 cup walnuts, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon lemon zest

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven: Preheat the oven to 375°F and spray a 2-quart baking dish or a 9×9-inch baking dish with non-stick cooking spray. Set aside.
  2. Make the Crumb Topping: In a medium bowl, whisk together flour, brown sugar, granulated sugar, cinnamon, nutmeg, and salt. Cut in the chilled butter until the mixture resembles coarse crumbs. Stir in the chopped walnuts.
