  • 1 1/2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 12 tablespoons of water

Cinnamon Sugar Coating:

  • 1 tablespoon coconut sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon

Instructions
