Soft Chicken Alfredo Bread rolls are a delicious twist on the classic pasta dish. These savory rolls are filled with a creamy chicken Alfredo mixture and baked to golden perfection, making them the perfect indulgent comfort food.

DOUGH

  • 300 g flour
  • 5 g salt
  • 1 g Italian seasoning
  • 5 g instant yeast
  • 20 ml sunflower oil
  • 10 g honey
  • 150 ml water

CHICKEN MIXTURE

  • 25 g butter
  • 20 ml olive oil
  • 400 g chicken thighs
  • 150 g yellow onion
  • 2 g cayenne powder
  • 2 g garlic powder
  • 2 g onion powder
  • 1.5 g black pepper powder
  • 7 g chicken stock cube
  • 75 ml heavy cream
  • 250 g cheese mix
  • 1 g Italian seasoning

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Dough: Combine flour, salt, Italian herbs, yeast, sunflower oil, and honey in a bowl. Knead for 10-12 minutes, then let it rise for 1 hour.
  2. Sauté Chicken Mixture: Cook butter, olive oil, onion, chicken thighs, spices, and chicken stock cube in a pan.
  3. Thicken the Sauce: Pour in heavy cream and simmer until thickened. Add cheese mix and Italian seasoning, then let it cool.
  4. Shape and Fill: Divide the dough, shape into balls, roll out, fill with chicken mixture, and roll up tightly.
  5. Bake: Place rolls on a baking sheet, brush with herb cream cheese, sprinkle with cheese and seasoning, then bake at 220°C (428°F) for 12-18 minutes.
