Salad:

  • 5 oz 50/50 blend salad greens

Snap Peas:

  • 1 cup sugar snap peas

Strawberries:

  • 1/2 lb fresh strawberries

Topper:

  • 1/3 cup Pumpkin Flax Granola (Nature’s Path Organic brand recommended)

Dressing:

  • Pomegranate Vinaigrette Dressing (Simply Dressed brand suggested)

Instructions

  1. Rinse and Dry Greens: Rinse and thoroughly dry the salad greens and sugar snap peas. Place them in a large salad bowl.
  2. Prepare Strawberries: Wash and slice the strawberries, then add them to the bowl with the greens and peas.
  3. Add Granola: Sprinkle the Pumpkin Flax Granola evenly over the salad.
  4. Dress and Serve: Just before serving, drizzle the pomegranate vinaigrette dressing over the salad. Toss gently to combine and serve immediately.
