For the Tea:
- 6 cups Water
- 1/2 cup Thai Tea Mix
- 1/3 cup Granulated Sugar
For Serving:
- 4 Tablespoons Sweetened Condensed Milk, plus more to taste (divided, see note)
- Ice
- Bring water to a boil: In a saucepan or tea kettle, bring the water to a boil.
- Combine hot water with tea mix and sugar: Remove the saucepan or kettle from heat and stir in the Thai tea mix and granulated sugar until combined.
- Steep the tea: Cover the mixture and let the tea steep for 15 minutes.
- Strain and cool: Strain the tea and allow it to cool completely. You can refrigerate the tea at this point for up to a week.
