- 8 oz snack-size Hershey’s Chocolate, broken into pieces
Marshmallow Whipped Layer
- 2 (8 oz) containers Cool Whip
- 8 oz mini marshmallows
Graham Cracker Base and Garnish
- 4 oz crushed graham crackers
- Whole graham crackers for serving
Instructions
- Prepare chocolate pudding mixture: In a medium bowl, combine the whole milk and instant chocolate pudding mix. Whisk together and let sit for about 2 minutes until the pudding thickens. Then fold in the broken Hershey’s chocolate pieces until evenly distributed.
- Make marshmallow whipped mixture: In a small bowl, gently fold together the Cool Whip and mini marshmallows until the marshmallows are evenly coated but still retain some texture.
- Assemble the dip: In a large bowl, alternate scooping layers of the chocolate pudding mixture and the marshmallow whipped mixture. Add the crushed graham crackers and gently fold everything together just enough to create streaks of pudding and Cool Whip without fully mixing them.
- Serve: Transfer the layered dip to a serving dish if desired. Serve chilled alongside whole graham crackers for dipping.
