Filling:

  • 6 Green Onion, chopped
  • 1/2 Onion, chopped
  • 1.5 lb Ground Beef
  • 1 tbsp Oyster Sauce
  • 1 tbsp Soy Sauce
  • 1 tsp Black Pepper
  • 1 tbsp Ginger, grated
  • 1/4 cup Water
  • 1 tbsp Black Sesame Seeds
  • 1 tbsp White Sesame Seeds

Instructions

  1. Dough Preparation: In a bowl, combine flour, salt, warm water, and oil. Knead into a smooth ball, rest for 30 minutes.
  2. Filling Preparation: Mix beef, green onion, onion, oyster sauce, soy sauce, black pepper, ginger, and water until well combined.
  3. Assembly: Roll out dough, cut into 8 pieces. Fill each dough piece with 2.5 tbsp of filling, seal tightly.
  4. Garnish: Pat water on pies, press in sesame seeds.
  5. Cooking: Pan fry in hot oil, flipping until golden brown on both sides.
